Welcome to ServiceCraftOS! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ServiceCraftOS Chrome Extension and dashboard (collectively, "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Services.

1. Your ServiceCraftOS Account

If you create an account on ServiceCraftOS, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify ServiceCraftOS of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

2. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment applications.
  • You understand that our Services automate the process of submitting job applications on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the successful submission or outcome of any application.
  • You acknowledge that some job platforms may have terms of service that prohibit or restrict the use of automation tools. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with such terms.

3. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate or tailor resumes, cover letters, and responses to application questions. While we aim for high quality and relevance, this content is generated programmatically and may require your review and editing.

You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before it is submitted as part of your application. ServiceCraftOS is not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or undesirable outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.

4. Proof of Delivery

Our Proof of Delivery feature creates a tamper-proof record of your application submission process. This record is intended to provide evidence of submission but does not guarantee receipt by the employer or any specific outcome.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

  • Our Services are offered with various subscription plans, including free and paid tiers. Details of these plans are available on our Pricing Page.
  • For paid plans, you agree to pay ServiceCraftOS the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
  • All payments are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

6. Intellectual Property

These Terms do not transfer from ServiceCraftOS to you any ServiceCraftOS or third-party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with ServiceCraftOS.

7. Termination

ServiceCraftOS may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your ServiceCraftOS account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is." ServiceCraftOS and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither ServiceCraftOS nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will ServiceCraftOS, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to ServiceCraftOS under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. ServiceCraftOS shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

10. General Representation and Warranty

You represent and warrant that (i) your use of our Services will be in strict accordance with the ServiceCraftOS Privacy Policy, with this Agreement, and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of our Services will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServiceCraftOS, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of our Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

12. Changes to These Terms

ServiceCraftOS reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms. If the changes are material, we will let you know by posting on our website or sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
